Heart Beat Scan

This ceremony invites the participants to recline and engage in a body-scanning practice centered around their heartbeat sensations. During the session, individuals are encouraged to focus on feeling their own heartbeat and gradually extend this awareness from the crown of their head down to their feet, including their organs. This gradual progression promotes deep relaxation and mindfulness, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the soothing rhythm of their heartbeat while getting visions of what is of true importance to them.

Intense Breathwork
